COVID-19 World Vaccination Progress
Covid-19 first emerged in Wuhan, China in December 2019 and quickly spread to become a global pandemic. In response to the outbreak, pharmaceutical companies and governments around the world began developing and distributing vaccines to protect against the virus. Multiple vaccines have been authorized for emergency use or full approval. The distribution and administration of these vaccines has varied greatly between countries, with some countries having high vaccination rates and others struggling to acquire enough doses.
